• Damaged? We will gladly replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective.
  • Disappointed? If you are not fully satisfied with Gemz shampoos and conditioners, contact us within 2 weeks after receipt of your products for a refund of your purchase price.
  • Shipping. Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping charges. If you desire to return products, a pre-paid return label and envelope will be mailed to you within 7-10  days of your return request.
  • Timeline. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please let us know if you have any issues or problems and we will do our best to make it right.
