REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Damaged? We will gladly replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective.
Disappointed? If you are not fully satisfied with Gemz shampoos and conditioners, contact us within 2 weeks after receipt of your products for a refund of your purchase price.
Mobile Gaming - Due to the promotional nature of Tapjoy & mobile gaming ads, we cannot process refunds for any orders made through Tapjoy/mobile gaming. If you have not received your reward from Tapjoy, please follow the instructions on them through this link.
Shipping - Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping charges. If you desire to return products, a pre-paid return label and envelope will be mailed to you within 7-10 days of your return request.
