All of our shampoo and conditioner combinations depend on what you need for your hair. We’d recommend trying the Want It All Kit to try out a few combinations to see what works best.

All of our shampoo and conditioners are safe for color treated hair. We’d recommend pairing the Color Command Shampoo with the Pre-Color Protect or Profound Moisture as many of our customers tell us how vibrant and nourished their hair looks and feels after use.

In order to maintain peak performance, Gemz do not contain any preservatives, stabilizers or fillers. Gemz are freshest within 2 months of receiving your product and we recommend using within this time-frame.

Our ingredients can be found in the “ingredients” section of each of the shampoos and conditioners on the website. Go to the product you’re interested in, and select the “ingredients” tab on the right side.

While our products are not sulfate free, they are very mild and effective. Many of our customers tell us how nourished their hair looks and feels after use.

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping is 3 - 7 business days.

We will gladly replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective.

If you are not fully satisfied with Gemz shampoos and conditioners, contact us within 2 weeks after receipt of your products for a refund of your purchase price. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to any promotional purchases made through Tapjoy or any mobile gaming platform.

Due to the promotional nature of Tapjoy & mobile gaming ads, we cannot process refunds for any orders made through Tapjoy/mobile gaming. If you have not received your reward from Tapjoy, please follow the instructions on them through this link.

Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping charges. If you desire to return products, a pre-paid return label and envelope will be mailed to you within 7-10 days of your return request.
